We finished up our FIRST bathroom remodel of the year a few months ago and the reveal is one you don't want to miss.
We started planning the materials we were going to use several months prior to renovations. Meg talks with the clients to help pick out furnishings, tile, and come up with mood boards so we can get a lot of decisions made prior to construction. Check out the mood board here.
What We Did
The main goals were to replace the floor tile, install a new tub, tile the shower surround, new plumbing fixtures, texture the walls to match the rest of the house, and get a new vanity. So, that's exactly what we did. We also installed a waterproofing system we really like to the floors and shower for extra protection from the water.
The Floor Tile & Shower Tile
Our Favorite Feature
We ended up going with Kohler plumbing fixtures and after feeling them and seeing them, they bring a level of luxury we just can't get over.
The finish is Vibrant Brushed Moderne Brass and it's a beautiful warm gold and pairs nicely with the black, white, and warm wood color scheme.
Before & After
The before and afters speak for themselves. We love this mid-century modern vibe and can't thank our clients enough for letting us be apart of their home renovation.
