POSITIONS
Laborer
Experience Level: Beginner, Little to No Experience
Job Description: The person who goes for tools, materials, ect. to hand to other crew members. Help carry/move materials where needed. Completes tasks given by higher positions.
Character Traits: Good listener, strong, patient, team player
Apprentice
Experience Level: Beginner, Little to Some Experience
Job Description: Able to complete all the tasks of the laborer, but also show interest and willingness to learn the trade. Also able to think on their own and take initiative.
Character Traits: Good listener, strong, patient, team player, eager to learn
Journeymen
Experience Level: Intermediate, At Least 2 Years Experience
Job Description: Posses most of the knowledge to work a job unsupervised (running their own jobs)
Character Traits: Responsible, conscientious, critical thinker, self-discipline, skilled worker
Foremen
Experience Level: Intermediate, At Least 3 Years Experience
Job Description: Knows every aspect of the job. Figures the materials required for the job. Knows the sequencing for the job and knows how long tasks take to complete. Thinks of ideas for optimal productivity. Manages the field employees and job site. Communicates with the customer/client.
Character Traits: Responsible, good at timeline management, good communicator
Master Carpenter
Experience Level: Master, At Least 5+ Years Experience
Job Description: Extremely productive, excellent troubleshooter, and critical thinking skills.
Character Traits: Excellent stamina, critical thinker, team player
Project Manager
Experience Level: At Least 3 Years Field Experience
Job Description: Client and field employee communication, schedule and attend consults, bid jobs, oversees all projects.
Character Traits: Good communicator, organized, friendly
